Kim Honeycutt

Kim Honeycutt

President of icuTalks

I have been a Psychotherapist in private practice specializing in trauma, addiction, and life struggles for over 15 years. God took my years of experience as a psychotherapist and used them to give me a vision of creating a mental health ministry.

As a result, in January, 2014, I co-founded icuTalks — a speaking ministry that strives to provide a safe, vulnerable healing environment through authentic sharing of God’s redeeming love!

I have had the privilege of speaking at many venues including NPR, The Debra Kennedy show (tv), Columbia College, Christian Women of Lake Norman, Mosaic Church, Independence Hill Baptist Church, and Myers Park High School. In addition, I have been published in several magazines including My School Rocks, Static, Inspire, and Charlotte Woman. In 2017, I had the opportunity to be a TEDx speaker. You can view my talk here.

Cortney Donelson

Cortney DonelsonGod-wrestler, marriage-lover, goat-admirer, and former physical therapist, Cortney Donelson counts it a privilege to jump off the American Dream merry-go-round and dive into the purpose-filled living which God called her to after walking through her marriage crisis almost seven years ago. She is the author of Clay Jar Cracked: When We’re Broken But Not Shattered and enjoys speaking, reading, and writing. She has been named one of the 50 Thrivers in The Global Resilience Project, and she and her husband (of 20 years this year!) are marriage mentors for The Basic Idea Ministries in the Charlotte community.
