LCMHCA, NCC, MA
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and a member of the American Counseling Association. I have experience working with individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety/depression, personality disorders, chronic pain, grief, and athletic performance. The populations I serve include teens, adolescents, adults and older adults. I received my bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I utilize a holistic approach that takes into consideration the physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, and relational aspects of who you are. I work within your beliefs, values, and attitudes, and respect the diversity of your experiences and perspectives. I have previous clinical experience at Gaston Hospice and Grace Covenant Church, in addition to working with college students and athletes.
